in Konstanz. We see ourselves as a partner for the
demanding military communications and information
technology.
As a market leader in the areas of computer technology
for reconnaissance, command and control systems
and weapon delivery systems as well as specialist
for qualified IT system components for the military
market, ATM has been a guarantor for quality and
reliability. Together with our customers, we plan,
develop and implement demanding concepts and system
solutions. In addition to comprehensive consulting,
we maintain a continuous exchange of know-how and
experience.
Our product philosophy is based on the utilisation
of standards and modern IT technology. Ensuring
the interoperability between various subsystems
and armed services is considered to be a special
challenge, and therefore our communications technology
solutions are consistently aimed at the universal
use in different host systems. Long-term availability
and product maintenance are integral part of our
product philosopy; the acceptance of our integral
approach is emphasized by important national as
well as multilaterial programs, e.g., COBRA or MLRS.
We have supplied communications, system and product
solutions which are based on accepted IP standards
for the tactical data network of the Federal Armed
Forces at battalion level and GeFÜSys as well
as weapon delivery systems. The networking of the
mobile air defense groups SAMOC, FGR-Roland or GEHOC
has been based for years on ATM computers and communications
systems as well as multiprocessor systems for the
radar systems of frigate F122 and control units.
