Qualification

The keyboards keep out water and dust, withstand salt fog, hold up to fluctuating pressures and the extended temperature range, and function reliably under heavy shocks and vibrations.

EMC

An aluminium housing and special design ensure EMC compatibility. KNDS Deutschland Mission Electronic applies various civil norms and standards as well as MIL-SPECS for this purpose.

Localisation

The keyboard’s raised keys are labelled in local language or bilingually at the customer’s request.

Signing

The keyboard enables you to securely encrypt, sign and transmit documents or log in on the network with a class 2 reader.

Finger mouse

The membrane and compact keyboards have a pressure-sensitive finger mouse as a substitute for a regular computer mouse, consisting of a pressure-sensitive joystick and two buttons that replace the left and right mouse buttons.

Backlighting

The keyboard is equipped with adjustable backlighting for use in dark ambient conditions.

Encryption

EMC-certified solution which meets the strict requirements of the Signature Act (SigG) and the Signature Ordinance (SigV)
