Data protection is very important to ATM ComputerSysteme GmbH

Data protection is a special concern at ATM ComputerSysteme GmbH, located in 78467 Konstanz, Max-Stromeyerstr. 116. Therefore, the processing of your data is carried out exclusively in compliance with the legal data protection regulations.

We collect and process your personal data in order to be able to carry out the selection process for the advertised position. The data you provide will be processed to process your application and, if an employment relationship is established, also to carry out the employment relationship. Processing for any other purpose does not take place.

Personal data is all the data and information that you have made available to us about yourself and that is related to your person or with the help of which a reference to your person can be established. We collect and process the following personal data from you:

Surnames, first names, date of birth, place and country of birth, residential addresses, citizenships, possession of a green card , telephone numbers, email address, curriculum vitae (including information on your previous employer, school and vocational training, studies, further and further education), qualifications, job references, data from spouses if applicable / or registered life partners if necessary under the Security Checks Act (SÜG), only in the case of penalties that are subject to the unlimited obligation to provide information: whether there are previous convictions or a corresponding procedure is ongoing. The above personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Contract initiation including identification and communication with you, e.g. to process your inquiries; Invitation to an interview, rejection
  • Resolving legal disputes and establishing, exercising and defending legal claims.

The processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the above purposes. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data you transmit to us will be treated confidentially. In our company, application documents are only made available to those people who are directly involved in filling the vacancy. Your documents will be presented to the works council and, if applicable, to the representative body for severely disabled persons in the event that an employment relationship is established and in the application process to protect their rights. Applications that are also to be used for other positions are also forwarded within the Group to the positions for which the applications are intended. You can revoke the transfer of your documents and the further processing at any time. In the event of a revocation, your documents and personal data can no longer be considered for the current application process.

We transmit your personal data to courts, tax authorities, supervisory authorities to the extent legally permissible and necessary to comply with applicable law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. However, we take all measures to ensure suitable and adequate safeguards to protect your personal data.

If no legal provisions prescribe a transfer to third parties or the transfer to third parties is not necessary for contractual reasons (e.g. when booking travel) or in your interest, no personal data will be passed on to third parties. Third parties are persons or bodies outside our company who do not process the personal data on our instructions.

In the case of transmission to recipients in third countries (outside the EU/EEA), the transmission will only take place if the EU Commission has determined an appropriate level of data protection for this third country or we have agreed corresponding contractual guarantees with the recipient to ensure an appropriate level of data protection.

If an employment contract is concluded between us and you, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded with you, your application documents will be deleted no later than six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of our company. Another legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, the burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Rights of data subjects: Right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, right of objection and right to data portability

Upon request, we will inform you in writing in accordance with applicable law whether and which personal data we have stored about you.

In addition, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of personal data. You can also request to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You can also object to the processing of your personal data by us.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, provided that there are no legal retention periods to the contrary.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal of consent does not make past data processing unlawful.
