Meeting customers’ expectations

Quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

A successful company results from the establishment of a quality management system which has the goal of continuously improving the processes and services of all parties involved. DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 formulates the minimum requirements for such a quality management system. The goal is to develop clear business processes and responsibilities, a high degree of customer orientation and continuous improvement to achieve top performance.

The standard thus constitutes the basis for manufacturing companies to meet statutory and regulatory requirements as well as customers’ expectations. KNDS Deutschland Mission Electronics has been applying this standard since it was introduced in 1994. It analyses its organisation on a regular basis and builds on this by implementing improvements in practice.

Cyclical auditing and certification ensure that KNDS Deutschland Mission Electronics has performed the target-oriented further development of its processes and competences.
